Deploy and manage Control Self-Assessments (CSAs) for Product Safety Principles; Maintain and update the GPD ORM Library; Identify and validate CSA assignees; Conduct validation reviews of completed CSAs; Manage action plans resulting from ineffective CSA findings; Present ORM Plan status and control deficiencies to senior leadership; Develop and pilot new techniques to improve the CSA process; Develop and deliver risk products including trend analyses and controls effectiveness reporting
