Responsibilities
Follow site work instruction manual and job safety analysis procedures; Maintain an electronic logbook of operation activities; Solve plant process upsets using various indicators and DCS trends in conjunction with console operator; Calibrate/Operate multiple analyzers; Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment; Issue safety work permits and performs lock out / tag out of various process equipment; Inspect all work areas for any mechanical problems, safety hazards and unusual operation conditions
