Perform accurate diagnostics and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs on all vehicle systems; Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required; Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy in labor, parts, and billing documentation; Utilize proprietary and universal software systems; Maintain a clean, organized workspace following CarMax 5S standards and safety protocols; Provide leadership and functional expertise to support associates and managers across the store; Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
