Responsibilities
Lead execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project; Direct and support project managers on complex execution challenges; Serve as primary escalation point for significant project risks and contractual matters; Oversee project financial performance including budgets and cost controls; Partner with superintendents to reinforce safety leadership behaviors; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners; Mentor and develop project leaders through coaching and feedback
