Responsibilities
Oversees strategic planning, staffing, and execution of all MEP scopes across multiple projects or business units. Leads and mentors MEP project managers, senior managers, and technical specialists to foster high performance and professional growth. Partners with executive leadership to define and implement MEP best practices, operational standards, and long-term business goals. Reviews project performance data to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Engages with clients, design partners, and trade partners to resolve complex technical, supply chain, coordination and contractual issues. Oversees development and deployment of new technologies and methodologies to enhance MEP delivery efficiency. Serves as DPR Construction's MEP representative in industry and client forums to strengthen partnerships and thought leadership.
