Applies finishing techniques to freshly placed concrete by smoothing, texturing, edging, and curing surfaces. Performs tasks including screeding, floating, troweling, edging, jointing, and texturing to achieve specified flatness, durability, and appearance. Follows established safety and quality guidelines during all phases of concrete finishing work. Inspects finished surfaces for defects, making necessary corrections to meet standards. Assists in preparing work areas, setting forms, and cleaning up after finishing operations. Works collaboratively with crew leads and foremen to sequence work and maintain schedule adherence. Maintains tools, materials, and equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.
