Prepare work scopes packages and monitor cost structures; Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules; Document schedule impacts and distribute change documents; Prepare estimates and submit change requests; Attend and document minutes at owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings; Assist foremen and field crews in policy implementation and duty organization; Complete weekly safety jobsite audits; Update project information relating to labor, productivity, and cash flow; Prepare monthly progress, fee, and cost status reports; Prepare owner billing by assembling costs and reviewing invoices; Act as purchasing agent for materials and equipment; Schedule and expedite submittals of shop drawings and samples; Manage shop drawings packages and verify elevations and dimensions; Resolve design conflicts and document solutions using RFIs
