Supervise quality team and identify issues to be addressed and monitored on the production lines, Conduct thorough inspections and tests on modular systems, components, and equipment to verify their functionality and adherence to quality standards and specifications, Work with operations, project teams & quality manager to identify quality issues and work to improve processes, Document and track all quality inspections using electronic reporting app, paper documents and any other EIG assigned method(s), Assist in preparing for all audits of the shop and of the QC manual, Aid in training new and existing employees
