Responsibilities
Lead continuous yield improvement initiatives targeting 15% annual scrap rate reduction; Create and update technical documentation (PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM/RT, Datasheets, Drawings); Execute material cost reduction projects (5+ per year); Mitigate quality risks and reduce customer complaints via process capability improvement; Support new product development from P1 through full-stage Cpk and yield analysis; Identify and mitigate EHS risks in product material and process design; Conduct Tier 2 meetings, process audits, and daily Gemba walks; Train operators and technicians on processes and safety; Manage customized parts release and engineering samples.
