Work with production and maintenance team to optimize and support mass production through the optimization of process parameters and operation procedures; Define and optimize process documentation (Flow chart, FMEA, work instructions, routings, specifications, assembly information); Conduct error-proofing analysis and determine root cause of process variation and product failures; Analyze field failures & customer complaints. Implement effective corrective action in a timely manner; Work closely with internal and external technical support. Perform internal and external (supplier) process, product, and systems audits.
