Responsibilities
Develop global demand forecasts (mid/long term) and subsequent global supply plans; Lead demand planning strategy and review cross-functional forecast accuracy performance; Support and participate in business-level S&OP governance, facilitating inputs for Executive S&OP meetings; Collaborate with site operations and supply chain teams to ensure adherence to supply plans, tracking performance to plan, and conducting scenario planning for optimized capacity vs. demand; Develop global inventory outlooks and forecasts, identifying and driving actions to achieve target goals; Support global End-of-Life (EOL), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) initiatives; Conduct projects leading to process improvements and optimization across international and multi-site teams.
