Develop and support concurrent New Product projects through design-to-cost principles; assure new project processes and products meet performance and reliability requirements; continue improvement for existing production lines and cost; define tooling and equipment requirements and qualify them for production; develop new product and process documentation; conduct error-proofing analyses and determine root cause of process variation and product failures; determine cause of field problems and customer complaints and implement corrective actions; assess and improve quality of internal production and suppliers; perform internal and external process, product, and systems audits
