Responsibilities
Manage the solutioning, technical implementation, and delivery of enhancements and new features for NLB Mobile; Engage internal stakeholders and product owners to shape and finalise the product roadmap; Manage Agile sprint delivery, removing blockers for the team; Oversee the full release process for every app update to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store; Provide regular, structured updates to stakeholders and the product owner on project progress, risks, and issues; Manage the timely resolution of bugs and support incidents in adherence to SLAs; Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and platform and framework updates; Responsible for end-to-end procurement of IT services; Manage the vendors and contracts to ensure that the performance of vendors and deliverables are in accordance to the tender and service level agreements
