Job Summary
Your Career:
As an Engineering Manager for the Identity SSO team, you will lead a full-stack team to build and expand our unified Identity platform to an enterprise scale. Your role is crucial in executing our mission to connect our solution to any application, leveraging no-code, low-code, and AI-based solutions. In collaboration with security architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you will produce complex SaaS services that meet demanding scalability and security standards.
Your Impact:
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, full-stack engineering team, fostering a culture of creativity, execution, and high code quality.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and active coaching to uplevel engineers across the team.
• Oversee the design and execution of scalable connectors for SaaS, on-premise, and custom applications.
• Spearhead research into modern cybersecurity mechanisms and evaluate emerging tech stacks to solve complex platform bottlenecks.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.
Qualifications
Your Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an R&D team leader or engineering manager.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in languages such as C#, Node.js, or React JS.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and influencing highly skilled developers.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience working with and managing teams in a CI/CD pipeline environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns, RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and event-oriented design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex architectural decisions simply.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Extensive experience building enterprise-scale SaaS applications using AWS services and Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK or Terraform).
• Solid understanding of security protocols, networking best practices, Access Management concepts, and Identity SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM).
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD automation tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory) and containerization ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience building end-to-end features using models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source ecosystems.
