Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing for the EU region; Administer employee personal and payroll data through the full employee lifecycle; Execute procedural controls to maintain compliance; Perform validation and reconciliation of payroll processing reports; Act as the first point of contact and subject matter expert for payroll enquiries; Liaise with finance team to ensure accurate recognition of payroll costs; Create, review and update payroll procedure documentation; Proactively monitor legislative and regulatory changes across applicable jurisdictions
