Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations covering receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, VAS, dispatch, returns, and reverse logistics. Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Oversee local transportation performance and manage service providers. Promote safety culture and lead inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operations teams. Support DC budget preparation and monitor operational KPIs.
