Develop and execute long-term and short-term master production plans; Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to translate client requirements into feasible production plans; Monitor and analyze plan performance, identifying deviations and developing corrective actions; Manage and maintain master production data including BOMs, routes, and planning parameters; Identify and mitigate production bottlenecks and supply issues; Participate in S&OP meetings providing input on production capacity and constraints; Implement and improve planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
