Prepare time estimates for proposed projects and evaluate factors affecting assembly time; Present proposals and make corrections to manufacturing area layouts; Ensure accuracy and availability of work instructions and visual aids; Provide support to the business area during new product quoting phases; Evaluate customer production plans for capacity fulfillment; Provide engineering capacity evaluation models identifying production bottlenecks; Propose learning curves for new product introduction and line rebalancing; Calculate and provide information on the number of direct personnel needed for production plans; Provide annual forecast data (direct personnel per shift, utilization, equipment acquisition, productive area); Elaborate proposals for efficiency improvement methods, waste reduction, and resource optimization; Develop process proposals to preserve worker safety based on ergonomic studies; Analyze automatic insertion equipment efficiency to determine/monitor machine capacity; Monitor experimental series builds and trials, updating manufacturing times, layouts, and work instructions as needed.
