Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy of all material within assigned areas, ensure necessary areas are supplied with enough correct material for production, analyze material issues impacting manufacturing and drive continuous improvement, coordinate activities with functional departments and work-cell teams, protect inventory investment and promote ERP integrity, communicate status of WIP areas to peers, review and follow-up on cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, analyze performance metrics (down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line inventory), review material flow, authorize adjustments of inventory discrepancies, provide follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.), review RMA Processes
