Responsibilities
Lead problem-solving activities and establish robust quality controls for liquid-cooled assemblies; Maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015 processes and support internal/external audits; Define and enforce incoming quality criteria including pressure-test and leak-test acceptance limits; Validate coolant fill, purge, and filtration processes; Lead Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) analysis and collaborate on PFMEA and control plan activities; Establish SPC on critical processes and track FPY, DPPM, and escapes; Lead 8D/A3 investigations on returns/complaints and implement CAPA; Automate data flow from MES/ERP and build live dashboards/alerts; Partner with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and drive data-driven improvements
