Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the SWDL/OTA product backlog translating requirements into epics and user stories; Define and drive product roadmaps for software download, bootloader, OTA update, diagnostics, and release management; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including embedded software, cybersecurity, diagnostics, platform, validation, functional safety, manufacturing, and customer teams; Drive release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and scope decisions; Act as the primary stakeholder interface balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, quality requirements, and business objectives; Ensure end-to-end update behavior including software flashing, OTA deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics, and release governance meets customer expectations and compliance requirements.
