Responsibilities
Evaluate network activities across requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, testing, verification, and validation; define measures to maintain product quality and establish operating criteria for the network quality program; ensure project and process control documentation aligns with contract, process, and program requirements; review network designs, change specifications, plans, materials, tools, techniques, and methods against applicable requirements; provide or direct verification and validation of network requirements, traceability, and testability; develop, publish, and implement test plans for complex, multi-tier, distributed applications across the full lifecycle; build automated testing solutions using commercial tools and data sets; take part in functional, regression, load, and system testing; work with developers and engineers to resolve critical defects and ensure appropriate testing throughout development; ensure all components, operating systems, and network devices are STIG compliant; design and build network services, equipment, and devices; review and validate test plans and procedures to confirm contractual requirements are met; develop and execute system requirements verification and customer acceptance tests; conduct regular testing and analysis of network hardware and software to identify vulnerabilities and performance concerns, and document the results; develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards for network infrastructure; monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with engineering teams to resolve faults and improve functionality; maintain accurate records of configurations, test outcomes, incidents, and corrective actions for compliance and audit readiness
