Responsibilities
Lead and support 24/7 maintenance organization (training, uptime monitoring, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, spare parts, vendor management), partner with Geek+ on system improvements (order prioritization, task strategy, bin error logic, grid zoning), serve as primary customer-facing engineering contact for downtime and business cases, analyze inventory profiles and create strategies for high-velocity SKUs, develop processes for specialized high-value inventory, lead facility layout and material flow improvements, drive 6S and operational excellence initiatives, conduct time studies and labor analyses to establish standards.
