Responsibilities
Develop deep technical ownership of the proprietary Stack Forging process including equipment behavior and material flow; Optimize fabrication and assembly processes to improve yield, throughput, quality, and cost; Lead continuous improvement efforts across production, inspection, and material flow; Apply data analytics and structured problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions; Translate complex production issues into defined projects with clear scope and metrics; Own implementation of new or improved production processes including documentation and training; Drive documentation standards for production drawings to support manufacturability and supplier communication; Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve end-to-end operational execution; Reduce operational complexity by simplifying workflows and handoffs; Establish practical production metrics and dashboards for data-driven decision making; Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators in structured problem solving and continuous improvement
