Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Process Engineers while maintaining a hands-on presence on the production floor; Own the transition of parts to high-volume production ensuring design and build optimization for throughput and cost; Contribute to the Stack Forging process including laser cutting, metal-metal bonding, surface characterization, complex part geometry design, and material property optimization; Lead deep-dive investigations into issues utilizing data to identify root causes; Act as the primary link between the production floor and the broader engineering organization to identify long-term improvements in testing and manufacturing capabilities
