Responsibilities
Lead full SDLC activities including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and modernization of enterprise applications. Design scalable, secure application architectures for classified and unclassified environments. Manage DAF365 SharePoint environments and design enterprise workflows in Power Automate. Create Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power BI dashboards for executive decision support. Integrate SharePoint, Power Platform, and enterprise data sources. Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives. Coordinate development priorities with Government stakeholders and Program Management. Mentor developers and review code quality and architecture decisions. Ensure compliance with DoD, DAF, and OSI security policies and configuration management processes.
