Responsibilities
Design and build AWS Lambda microservices for transaction file intake, validation, and submission; Maintain and extend AWS Glue ETL jobs using PySpark and Oracle JDBC; Build and troubleshoot Step Functions workflows for file reconciliation; Write and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries; Manage DynamoDB models including GSIs and TTL-based retention; Implement robust error handling, idempotency, and transactional integrity; Own and improve unit, integration, and smoke test suites; Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS SAM/CloudFormation; Build observability dashboards using CloudWatch and Grafana; Participate in security reviews for SOC 2 alignment and IAM least-privilege.
