Responsibilities
Manage IT environment end to end including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows systems, network infrastructure, and backup systems. Implement and operate security tools and controls including EDR, patching, vulnerability management, MFA, and disaster recovery. Lead the CMMC 2.0 compliance program by implementing NIST SP 800-171 controls and maintaining SSP/POA&Ms. Administer physical access systems, badging, alarms, and surveillance including CCTV and door-access hardware installation. Provide Tier 1–3 support and oversee helpdesk, onboarding, and equipment lifecycle. Manage IT vendors, procurement, licensing, and budgets. Ensure logical and physical access practices align with NIST and NISPOM expectations.
