Responsibilities
Lead software team in integrating automated test frameworks and tools to create a unified testing environment for advanced avionics software. Drive improvements in test development efficiency and effectiveness by using AI/ML agents. Ensure test products validate functionality, performance, and safety, and identify and report defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities. Partner with stakeholders to develop a Mission Systems IPT Test Plan covering testing stages, methods, criteria, and artifacts. Coordinate with SMEs, TLEs, and software leadership to align test team efforts with program objectives.
