Responsibilities
Review and analyze project RFQs, contracts, and technical specifications; Develop technical solutions and proposals for electrical systems; Prepare Bid BOMs, MTOs, and material take-offs; Perform engineering and manpower estimation; Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets; Review and evaluate OEM/supplier quotations; Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for proposal development; Review proposed electrical system designs for feasibility and compliance; Identify scope gaps and technical risks; Support value engineering initiatives; Coordinate with Sales/Business Development during bid preparation; Participate in technical clarification meetings; Coordinate with interdisciplinary engineering teams; Ensure technical handover of awarded projects to execution teams
