Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain MATLAB/Simulink-based test cases for BCM application software and automotive body electronics features; Analyze system, software, and model requirements to derive requirement-based test scenarios, test cases, expected results, and verification criteria; Perform Model-in-the-Loop and Software-in-the-Loop testing for Simulink and Stateflow models used in BCM functions such as lighting, wiper, washer, central locking, power windows, mirrors, horn, and body access features; Create test harnesses, simulation environments, input stimulus data, signal monitoring logic, and automated regression test suites using MATLAB and Simulink tools; Perform model coverage analysis, requirement coverage checks, test result analysis, defect logging, and retesting after model or software fixes; Collaborate with requirements, model development, integration, validation, quality, and customer teams to clarify functional behavior and close verification gaps.
