Provide care for Non-Malignant Hematology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings; teach, mentor, and supervise fellows, residents, APPs, and students; pursue clinical or translational research; participate in or help develop niche programs; work with telehealth strategies to broaden clinical outreach; collaborate with APPs, nursing, pharmacy, infusion, and care coordination teams; partner with other divisions within the Department of Medicine and the School of Medicine; balance outpatient and/or inpatient clinical work with administrative and academic time.
