Responsibilities
Deliver capital works program across full project lifecycle; manage project budgets, programs, quality, risks, and resources; develop project briefs, designs, specifications, tender and contract documentation; prepare project budgets, estimates, and delivery plans; manage procurement processes including EOI, quotations, tendering, and contractor/consultant selection; manage contractors and consultants including contract administration, WHS, environmental compliance, and performance; act as Superintendent's Representative during contract delivery; coordinate site establishment, construction activities, existing services, and contractor inductions; lead Project Control Group meetings and provide regular project and financial reporting; coordinate project completion including as-constructed drawings, O&M manuals, asset register updates, and handover to Council Operations; ensure projects comply with Council policies, environmental requirements, standards, and relevant legislation.
