Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Business Heads to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making; Lead and coordinate annual budget and periodic forecasting processes across APAC; Develop and implement standard planning methodologies and templates; Drive consistency in forecast accuracy and management reporting; Establish standard reporting packs, KPIs, and management dashboards; Identify and explain key business drivers, risks, and variances; Design and document regional finance processes and governance frameworks; Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification; Coordinate with finance, operations, HR, and other functional teams; Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal control requirements.
