Manage day-to-day performance of AU Customer Order Fulfilment 3PLs and domestic outbound freight partners; Design and govern end-to-end fulfilment processes including inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack, and last-mile delivery; Lead RFPs and commercial negotiations with logistics providers; Drive continuous cost optimization across inbound, warehousing, outbound, and returns; Define, track, and report weekly KPIs for service, cost, quality, and speed; Deploy automation and AI use cases for forecasting, exception management, and reporting.
