Manage the full accounts payable cycle including invoice recording, PO matching, approvals, and payments; Handle customer billing, collections, and aging reports; Reconcile bank accounts, vendor and customer balances, credit cards, and intercompany accounts; Maintain prepaid expenses, amortizations, accruals, and the fixed asset ledger; Process employee travel and expense reports; Monitor cash flow and upcoming payments; Support monthly and quarterly close processes and reporting; Prepare documentation for external auditors and tax advisors; Submit VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory reports across relevant jurisdictions.
