Lead and manage the Electrical Design team including resource planning, scheduling, workload allocation, performance management, mentoring, coaching, career development, recruitment support, workforce planning and subcontractor management; Ensure successful delivery of electrical design outputs across multiple projects by establishing priorities, timelines and delivery plans aligned with project and business objectives; Develop and implement electrical design strategies, standards, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations, mine site requirements and company policies; Participate in and lead engineering and safety reviews, including Safety in Design, HAZOP, CHAZOP, HAZID, CRAW and client design reviews; Collaborate with internal business units, external consultants, utilities, regulatory bodies and clients, including reviewing and managing network and utility connection submissions; Support project execution during key site milestones, commissioning activities and design verification stages, and assist Operations & Maintenance teams with technical support and issue resolution; Manage Electrical Design departmental performance and KPIs
