Evaluate spacecraft performance and troubleshoot subsystems to optimize quality of service and extend mission life; Provide direction and support to spacecraft controllers during operational activities; Perform 24x7 on-call engineering support to respond to anomalies and initiate resolution efforts; Create, review, manage, evaluate quality, and optimize spacecraft procedures, tools, and processes; Review, edit, and publish operations activity schedules and spacecraft status reports; Plan and direct complex payload reconfigurations to support broadcast operations; Analyze design documentation and manage in-orbit test and evaluation activities for new spacecraft; Oversee, plan, and execute spacecraft maneuvers and perform orbit determination strategies; Research, develop, and present training materials for engineering teams; Organize projects involving multiple subsystem or functional areas and coordinate with external parties
