Partner with engineering and sourcing to select suppliers based on capability and quality maturity; Collaborate on design reviews for manufacturability; Lead supplier industrialization from design to production ramp-up; Support suppliers with tooling, molds, and process qualifications; Drive APQP and support PPAP through start of production; Own craftsmanship and appearance quality for occupant-facing surfaces; Ensure supplier compliance with safety and material requirements; Assess supplier readiness and manage production risk; Train suppliers on quality systems; Lead root cause and corrective action efforts (8D); Monitor and report supplier quality metrics; Use lean tools to improve yield and cycle time; Improve supplier quality processes
