Prepare and update Home Office Expense budgets and forecasts; Generate and distribute Headcount, Travel, and Cost Centre reports; Support variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; Work with department VPs to gather information for financial analysis; Identify and implement process improvements for financial planning; Ensure full reconciliation of the stock ledger across systems; Oversee stock adjustment processes including damages and stocktake; Support the Financial Control Manager in executing the stocktake process
