Head of Dealing - Forex

## About the Role Our client is a premier, high-growth international Forex brokerage with an expanding global footprint. They are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Dealing to lead the global dealing desk operations of their regulated FX/CFD brokerage. This is a key leadership role, offering full remote flexibility, and ideal for someone with a deep understanding of trading execution, risk management, and liquidity strategy in multi-asset markets. As Head of Dealing, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the dealing desk while overseeing trade execution, liquidity management, and risk exposure. You will bring strong leadership to the team, ensure robust execution quality across asset classes, and play a key role in aligning dealing operations with regulatory and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FX/CFD trading environments, excellent knowledge of trading systems such as MT5, and a strong technical background in bridge and liquidity provider integrations. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the dealing desk, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades across all instruments - Monitor and optimise liquidity provider performance and maintain strong relationships with key partners - Oversee real-time risk exposure and make strategic decisions on execution flow (A/B book management) - Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory standards (CySEC, FCA, FSC) are met - Analyse flow quality, assess toxicity, and propose execution or routing improvements - Implement and manage connectivity with trading infrastructure (e.g., FXCubic, other bridges) - Coach and mentor the dealing team to maintain high performance and compliance standards ## Requirements - 8–10 years of experience in a senior dealing or trading operations role within FX/CFD brokerages - Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more within a high-paced dealing environment - Strong knowledge of MT5 trading platforms and multi-asset product execution - Deep understanding of liquidity provider relationships and bridge technologies (e.g., FXCubic) - Exposure to risk management methodologies and execution analytics - Excellent decision-making skills under pressure with a strong sense of accountability ## Nice to Have - Familiarity with toxic flow identification and management strategies - Practical experience with A/B book execution models - Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (CySEC, FCA, FSC) - Prior exposure to prime brokerage or institutional liquidity setups ## What We Offer - Competitive salary of €55,000 – €72,000 per annum - Fully remote role with flexibility across time zones - Opportunity to shape the trading operations of a growing global brokerage - Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture - Access to cutting-edge trading and liquidity technology ## About the Company This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a trading operations expert ready to step into a global role.
