Role Overview:
The position involves scientific research, management, qualitative research, marketing, knowledge and technology transfer, and the transformation and redevelopment of post-mining areas. The role requires transferring knowledge from the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences to the discipline of Environmental Engineering, Mining and Energy, particularly in the analysis of environmental or mining-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of research and practical problems related to organizational functioning, process management, quality management, innovation, commercialization of research results, and technology transfer.
- Scientific publication and dissemination activity, including scientific articles, conference papers, and scholarly presentations.
- Obtaining funding from Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) programs, as well as participation in and coordination of projects funded through such programs.
- Organizing scientific conferences, including serving as Chair of the Organizing Committee.
- Disseminating R&D results through trade fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Professional experience: A minimum of 15 years of employment at a research institute.
- Managerial experience: A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Education: A doctoral degree in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences.
- Knowledge and experience: Particularly in the analysis of research and practical problems related to organizational functioning, process management, quality management, innovation, commercialization of research results, and technology transfer.
- Ability and experience in transferring knowledge from the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences to the discipline of Environmental Engineering, Mining and Energy.
- Demonstrated scientific publication and dissemination activity, including:
- A minimum of 5 publications indexed in WoS or Scopus.
- Documented scientific presentations at international conferences (minimum 5 presentations).
- Documented presentations at national conferences and scientific seminars (minimum 10 presentations).
- Experience in obtaining funding from Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) programs, as well as participation in and coordination of projects funded through such programs (minimum 5 grant applications).
- Experience in organizing scientific conferences, including serving as Chair of the Organizing Committee for at least 10 events.
- Experience in disseminating R&D results (trade fairs, seminars, workshops), including the organization of at least 10 such events.
- Language proficiency: At least an intermediate level of English proficiency, with documented certification at B2 level or higher. Native language: Polish.

- Candidate's declaration about having full public rights.
- Candidate’s declaration of no criminal record for intentional offenses or fiscal offenses.
