Build cost models covering structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls scopes; Produce estimates at every design release; Price design alternatives rapidly for engineering trade-offs; Interrogate vendor quotes line-by-line to build should-cost models; Reconcile estimates against actuals and update models; Collaborate with design engineers on incomplete drawings to deliver accurate early estimates
