Manage localization and development of the Japan-facing trading platform, website, mobile applications, and related operational systems; Lead project management and vendor control for quick deposit and bank API integrations, as well as eKYC/JPKI SDK implementation; Define business requirements, coordinate specifications, track delivery, run UAT and production-readiness checks, and manage issue resolution; Establish and maintain the system risk management framework based on Financial Services Agency expectations; Develop, maintain, and test BCP/DR procedures; Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, security tools, endpoint and PC management, account administration, and support escalation processes; Monitor cybersecurity and third-party technology risks, and support internal and external audit and regulatory inspection responses
