Responsibilities
Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations and service delivery; Enable the team to deliver high-quality, safe and person-centred supports; Promote a positive, respectful and professional team culture; Develop and coordinate client-led individual and group programs; Actively engage clients in meaningful daily activities; Implement positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required; Build strong partnerships with families and stakeholders; Ensure accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes; Maintain compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
