ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Design, Senior Analyst (Level 6) to join our Flex Creative cell in Mexico City. In this role, you will be the core design engine responsible for executing, translating, and scaling visual assets based on the macro identity systems established by our senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative, tactical position that requires a balance of exceptional graphic craft and systems-driven execution.

Reporting into the creative cell leadership, you will ensure that the day-to-day visual output—spanning static layouts, digital campaign assets, and UI components—is perfectly aligned with global standards. You will utilize modern digital tools and AI-augmented workflows to maintain a rapid production cadence, serving as the primary supplier of clean, structured design files that fuel our motion and spatial pipelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Asset Production & Scaling: Execute and scale high-quality design assets, marketing layouts, and visual compositions based on established brand guidelines and system architectures.
2. UI & Component Design: Craft clean, responsive design interfaces, vector components, and layout templates within Figma, preparing assets for seamless handoff to the motion design team.
3. AI-Forward Layout Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools into your daily design routine to accelerate asset isolation, layout variation, and style explorations, boosting your delivery speed by 30% while preserving design soul.
4. File Stewardship & Quality Control: Maintain flawless organization of the local design library, managing vector assets, typography packages, and brand central toolkits with 100% brand compliance.
5. Cross-Functional Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Art Direction and Kinetic Systems teams to translate complex creative briefs into production-ready static assets for global marketing platforms and live events.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE

1. 5+ Years of Proven Design Craft: Strong professional experience in graphic design, digital brand systems, or UI layout creation within a creative agency, tech company, or high-volume production studio.
2. Flawless Visual Execution: A portfolio demonstrating top-tier execution in typography, hierarchy, grid systems, and multi-channel asset creation (advertising, social, and web layouts).
3. Figma & Adobe Stack Mastery: Advanced, hands-on mastery of Figma (including component structures and auto-layout) and the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. AI Tool Experimentation: Practical experience using generative AI design features (such as advanced prompt engineering for image generation and composition enhancement) to speed up traditional design tasks.
5. Collaborative Fluency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to accurately interpret global briefs, document asset specifications, and sync with distributed teams.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

Performance will be highly KPI-driven, aligned directly with the cell's operational goals:

1. First-pass Brand Compliance (Target: 100%): Ensuring that 100% of the assets delivered for final motion production adhere strictly to the BEVO color space, font rules, and general Brand Central guidelines.
2. Engineered Delivery Speed: Optimizing file setup and asset handoffs through AI assistance to process design requests 30% faster than traditional agency pipelines.
3. Pipeline Workflow Efficiency: Seamless technical accuracy of files delivered (clean layers, proper vector scaling, and organized Figma tokens), ensuring zero downtime for the downstream technical and motion directors.
