Responsibilities
Lead complex engineering work with minimal supervision; Provide specialist engineering advice to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors; Coordinate and supervise multi-discipline design activities; Manage interfaces between engineering disciplines and external stakeholders; Develop ITPs, work packs and review electrical test sheets; Support commissioning teams and troubleshoot technical queries; Ensure design-for-construction principles are met; Review project scope, costs, scheduling and provide timely reporting to PMs and Commercial teams; Assist with procurement, documentation control and monthly client reporting; Support on-site quality assurance and adherence to company systems and procedures; Participate in pre-start meetings, risk assessments, and incident reporting; Provide mentorship and supervision to technical staff
