Develop and own end-to-end manufacturing processes for complex mechanical and precision components; Drive design for manufacturability by collaborating with design engineers; Define and optimize process parameters for laser welding, precision machining, assembly, and inspection; Lead first-article builds and troubleshoot process non-conformances; Own planning, operations, and scheduling for the sheet metal shop; Design and procure production tooling, fixtures, and test equipment; Support technicians on the production floor; Establish and maintain process documentation; Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, and test teams; Develop data-driven approaches for process control and yield improvement; Mentor technicians and shape future manufacturing capabilities
