Secure shipping and transport capacity to meet customer timelines. Obtain export certificates and ensure compliance with customs, foreign trade and transport regulations. Maintain accurate records in line with operational systems requirements. Monitor customer orders, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile stock on hand. Maintain and develop export data for KPIs and end‑of‑month reporting.
