Responsibilities
Lead plant accounting and close activities across manufacturing costs, inventory, fixed assets, capital projects, reconciliations, and accruals; Own manufacturing and cost accounting including standard costs, labor/overhead, work in process, and inventory valuation; Establish strong financial controls across inventory, production reporting, purchasing, receiving, and capital expenditures; Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and FP&A to translate manufacturing activity into financial insights; Build and strengthen accounting infrastructure to support transition to rate-based manufacturing; Lead and develop the site accounting team
